To update or change your automatic payment information, please do the following:
Log in to or register for SmartHub
- Go to https://tcc.smarthub.coop/ or download the SmartHub app from your app store
- If you already have an account, fill in the username and password and click Login
- If you don’t have an account, click “New User? Sign up to access our Self Service site.”
- Complete the registration to create your SmartHub account
- Check the email address you used to confirm the account
Add or update your payment method in SmartHub
- Open SmartHub
- Click “Billing & Payments” link in the blue menu
- Click Auto Pay Program
- Click the link in the text paragraph “Manage My Stored Payment Accounts”
- Click the green “Add New Card” button or the green “Add New Bank Account” button
- Enter the information requested for the payment you chose
- Click “Add Card” (after adding a card) or “I Agree” (after adding bank account)
- Back at the Auto Pay Program screen, click the link Change Payment Method (on the right)
- Choose the payment form you would like to use
