To update or change your automatic payment information, please do the following:

Log in to or register for SmartHub

  1. Go to https://tcc.smarthub.coop/ or download the SmartHub app from your app store
  2. If you already have an account, fill in the username and password and click Login
  3. If you don’t have an account, click “New User?  Sign up to access our Self Service site.”
  4. Complete the registration to create your SmartHub account
  5. Check the email address you used to confirm the account

Add or update your payment method in SmartHub

  1. Open SmartHub
  2. Click “Billing & Payments” link in the blue menu
  3. Click Auto Pay Program
  4. Click the link in the text paragraph “Manage My Stored Payment Accounts”
  5. Click the green “Add New Card” button or the green “Add New Bank Account” button
  6. Enter the information requested for the payment you chose
  7. Click “Add Card” (after adding a card) or “I Agree” (after adding bank account)
  8. Back at the Auto Pay Program screen, click the link Change Payment Method (on the right)
  9. Choose the payment form you would like to use
