Since we are a cooperative, we need all customers to complete a membership form — even if you’ve had service with us in the past. Connecting TCC service may involve the use of TCC owned equipment (modem, router, cable receivers, etc.). Please review the Equipment Agreement. Here are the three steps to signing up for service with TCC:
(1) Complete and submit the Membership and Equipment Agreement below.
(2) Complete and submit an order for services in our Smart Hub Order Management.
(3) Once these have been submitted, we will contact you to set up an installation appointment. Any questions you have can be answered at this time. Thank you!
