Billing Information

(1) When do you bill?  We bill from the 1st of the month through the end of the month.  Bills are for the current month of service.  For example, a bill you receive July 1st is for July service).

 

(2) When is my bill due?  Bills are due the 15th of the month.  There is a $2.00 late fee if the balance is not paid in full by the 15th of the month.

 

(3) Do you prorate?  Yes, we prorate changes including connections, disconnections, and service/feature changes on the next bill.  Changes made after the 23rd may not be reflected on the next bill (billing may be closed for printing/mailing) and will instead be reflected on the following bill.

 

(4) Can I made pay arrangements to avoid disconnection?  You can make arrangements (within reason, subject to TCC approval) to pay your bill late to avoid disconnection.  You will still be subject to the $2.00 late fee but we will not disconnect your services as long as you pay by the agreed upon date.

 

How can I pay my TCC bill?

(1) Smart Hub – The quick, easy, and safe way to pay!  You can view your current and past bills and make instant or scheduled payments.  Access Smart Hub through your computer at https://tcc.smarthub.com or download the Smart Hub app for your mobile device!

 

(2) At our Office – Stop by our sales offices in Strum or Independence and pay in person (in our lobby, at our drive-up, or with our 24 hour drop-box).  Payments by check or money order can be made at our part-time office in the Galesville Community Room next to the Galesville Public Library.  Our hours are Wednesdays Noon – 4 PM and Thursdays 9 AM – 1 PM.   Go to our Customer Care page to see a Google Map of our office locations.

 

(3) By Mail – Mail your payment with your bill stub to: TCC P.O. Box 578 Strum, WI 54770

 

(4) By Phone – You can make your payment through our secure payment system.  Just call our office and tell us you would like to make a payment.  We will then transfer to you to our secure payment system.  You will need your TCC Account Number (from your bill) so let us know if you need that before we transfer you.  Sorry, our staff can no longer take payments by phone — all phone payments must be made through the secure automated system.
