Our Independence Office Is Moving (Next Door!)
The biggest news right now is that our TCC office staff in Independence will be moving next door— back to our original office in Independence. Our Independence office will be closed December 29th through January 2nd. We will be open at our new location on January 3rd.
While we plan to have a 24-hour drop box available, we do not have one yet. Payments (cash, check, money order, Visa, or Mastercard) will need to be brought inside during office hours. You may make payments online with SmartHub (app or website) or by calling our secure payment line at 1-844-827-4767. You will need your TCC account number from your bill to set up SmartHub and your TCC account number and PIN (default is last 4 numbers of your SS#) to use the secure payment line. There is no charge to use SmartHub or the secure payment line. (This is a great time to sign up for automatic bill payment!) Thank you for your patience during this transition.

La noticia más importante en este momento es que nuestro trabajordes de nuestra oficina de TCC en Independence se movera a la puerta de al lado — de regreso a nuestra oficina original en Independence. Nuestra Independence la oficina estará cerrada del Diciembre 29 asta el 2 de Enero. Estaremos abiertos en nuestra nueva locación el 3 de Enero.
Si bien planeamos tener un buzón disponible las 24 horas, todavía no tenemos uno. Pagos (efectivo, cheque, giro postal, Visa o Mastercard) deberán ingresar durante el horario de oficina. Puede realizar pagos en línea con SmartHub (aplicación o sitio web) o llamando a nuestro línea de pago seguro al 1-844-827-4767. Necesitará su número de cuenta de TCC de su factura para configurar SmartHub y su número de cuenta y PIN de TCC (el valor predeterminado es los últimos 4 números de su SS#) para utilizar la línea de pago segura. No hay cargo por usar SmartHub o la línea de pago segura. (¡Este es un buen momento para inscribirse en el pago automático de facturas!) Gracias por su paciencia durante esta transición.
