STEP 2: Equipment Agreement
Upon completing and submitting this form, you will move to the last step, which is the Smart Hub Order Management system where you will choose your services and features. If you are signing up for a TCC Phone Line and wish to have a NON-PUBLISHED number (no listing in our directory), you will need to complete our Non-Published Listing Form. (There may be a $4.50 per month fee for a non-published number on the VoIP phone service.)
Connecting TCC service may involve the use of TCC owned equipment (modem, router, cable receivers, etc.).

Replacement Costs For Non-Returned Equipment:
Digital Cable Receiver (DCT or DVR): $375.00
Internet Modem/Router (DSL/Cable/Fiber): $125.00
Gigacenter Router/Mesh Extender (Wi-Fi): $125.00
