If you are experiencing service issues, please try these common troubleshooting tips:
- Reboot your personal device(s)
- Reboot your Internet router
- Reboot your modem/ONT (including removing the battery, if there is one, and putting it back in)
- Check all cords to power, ethernet, coax to make sure they are plugged in tight
- Check other devices to see if they are working (on the same service)
- Try your device at another location to ensure your device is working properly
- If on Wi-Fi, check your signal level, move closer to the router, try connecting directly to ethernet
