  • Darrell and Jane K sent a card to thank (Dan, Matt and Kevin) for restoring service to them on Christmas Eve.
  • Mary Lou P called and said the people who helped her setup the Kindle she bought from us were really nice and helpful. She really appreciated it!

  • Robert G had this to say when he was called for a follow-up on a trouble: “My trouble was taken care of 45 minutes after I called.  Every time I have ever had an issue with my service, it has been addressed almost immediately. I really appreciate everything you guys do… your company has some great employees up there!”
  • Doug E emailed to say “I just bought a 65” curved Samsung TV but it wouldn’t connect to the internet.  I called and within 1 hour a tech showed up and got everything connected.  GREAT SERVICE!
  • Carrie B messaged us to say the tech from TCC who came out to repair their TV was great.  He went above and beyond.  She said our customer service is excellent and they are very satisfied TCC customers.
  • Terrilee B brought in cookies to thank us for wonderful help with cellphones.

  • Barbara A called in to thank the entire staff for the quick response to her trouble with her cable television.  She was very happy everything was taken care of by the time she got home and she was able to relax.
  • Mary Lee wrote us to say “I want to make sure you know what a valuable employee you have in Adam.  He has helped me with several tech questions and continues to impress me with the initiative he takes.  I have truly appreciated his help and am very thankful he is there.”
